Board of Directors Meetings

The Salt Pond Board of Directors holds its regular monthly meeting on the 3rd Friday of each month at 2 PM in the Salt Pond Club House. All SPHA members are welcomed and encouraged to attend and participate in these meetings..

2010

SPHA Annual Dues for 2010

Annual dues for 2010 are $1,228 for homeowners and $614 for owners of undeveloped lots.  The trash fee for all owners has been reduced in 2010. For houses & Top Sail Village, the trash fee has been reduced from $158 in 2009 to $110 in 2010, and from $4 to $2 for the other Villages. .  Payments received after January 31, 2010 are charged a late fee.

Mowing Fee for 2010

The fee in 2010 is the same as it was in 2009 - $275 per mowing . Undeveloped lots, excluding heavily-wooded lots, are required to be mowed. Owners may use the mowing service or make their own arrangements. Owners who have used this mowing service in the past will have the fee added to their bill for annual dues. If owners prefer to arrange for mowing themselves and do not want to continue this mowing service in 2010, please notify the SPHA Community Manager, Mary Davis, at 302-539-1283, as soon as possible.

SPHA Annual Dues for 2009

Annual dues for 2009 are $1,068 for homeowners and $534 for owners of undeveloped lots.  The trash pick-up fee of $158 for detached homes/Topsail and $4 for Villages.  Payments received after January 31, 2009 are charged a late fee.

Mowing Fee for 2009

It was also necessary to increase the fee for mowing undeveloped lots to $275. The fee of $275 per mowing season is in line with competitive pricing in this area. Undeveloped lots, excluding heavily-wooded lots, are required to be mowed.  Owners may use the mowing service or make their own arrangements.
