The Salt Pond Board of Directors holds its regular monthly meeting on the 3rd Friday of each month at 2 PM in the Salt Pond Club House. All SPHA members are welcomed and encouraged to attend and participate in these meetings..

2013
SPHA Annual Dues for 2013
Annual dues for 2013 are unchanged from 2011 and 2012: $1,350 for homeowners and $675 for owners of undeveloped lots.
The only increase is for the trash assessment to cover the cost of the curbside yard waste pick-up and the new state-mandated recycling program. For houses, the trash/recycling fee is $156; for Topsail the fee is $63, Skipjack is $55,and $2 for the other Villages. Lot owners are assessed $17 for Yard Waste Pickup.
. Payments received after January 31, 2013 are charged a late fee.

The fee in 2013 is the same as it was in 2010 thru 2012 - $275. Undeveloped lots, excluding heavily-wooded lots, are required to be mowed. Owners may use the mowing service or make their own arrangements. Owners who have used this mowing service in the past will have the fee added to their bill for annual dues. If owners prefer to arrange for mowing themselves and do not want to continue this mowing service in 2013, please notify the SPHA Community Manager 302-539-1283, as soon as possible.

SPHA Annual Dues for 2009
Annual dues for 2009 are $1,068
for homeowners and $534 for owners of undeveloped lots.
The trash pick-up fee of $158 for detached homes/Topsail and $4 for Villages. Payments
received after January 31, 2009 are charged a late fee.
Mowing Fee for 2009
It was also necessary to increase the fee for mowing undeveloped lots to $275. The fee of $275 per mowing season is in line with competitive pricing in this area. Undeveloped lots, excluding heavily-wooded lots, are
required to be mowed. Owners may use the mowing service or
make their own arrangements. Owners who have used this mowing
service in the past will have the fee added to their bill for annual
dues. If owners prefer to arrange for mowing themselves and do
not want to continue this mowing service in 2009, please notify
the SPHA Community Manager, Mary Davis, at 302-539-1283, as soon as possible.
