SPHA RULES FOR USE OF FITNESS CENTER

 

 

 **YOU MUST BE AGE 16 OR OLDER FOR ADMITTANCE TO THE EXERCISE ROOMS**

 

1.    USE EQUIPMENT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

 

2.   SHIRTS AND SHOES ARE REQUIRED.  SANDALS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

 

3.   NO FOOD OR OPEN CONTAINER DRINKS ARE ALLOWED.  WATER BOTTLES WITH TOPS ARE PERMITTED.

 

4.   PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROPER USE OF EQUIPMENT WHICH ARE LOCATED NEAR THEM.

 

5.   PLEASE LIMIT USE OF EACH MACHINE TO 1/2 HOUR WHEN OTHERS ARE WAITING.

  

6.   PLEASE DO NOT BANG WEIGHTS WHEN RETURNING THEM TO THEIR STARTING POSITION.

 

7.   RETURN ALL WEIGHTS TO THEIR  PROPER PLACE.

 

8.   REMEMBER TO CLEAN EQUIPMENT WITH PROVIDED CLEANSER AND PAPER TOWEL.
